General Information

The Fund aims to maximise capital growth over the medium to long-term through the stock market. The Fund is established with a multi-class structure and is allowed to establish new Class(es) from time to time without your prior consent.

This is neither a capital protected fund nor a capital guaranteed fund.

Fund is suitable for investors who :
  • have a long-term investment horizon;
  • want a well-diversified of equities in Malaysia;
  • seek capital appreciation over long-term; and/or
  • are comfortable with a higher volatility and can accept that investment returns may fluctuate over the investment period.

*Class I MYR is only available for institutional investors.

Fund Details

Distribution PolicyWe have the discretion to distribute part or all of the Class’s distributable income. The distribution (if any) may vary from period to period depending on the investment objective and the performance of the Class. 
Initial InvestmentMYR500,000,000 or such other amount as we may decide from time to time.
Additional InvestmentMYR200 or such other amount as we may decide from time to time.
Cooling off periodNot applicable for institutional investor.
Minimum Withdrawal200 units or such other number of units as we may decide from time to time.

Fund Fees

Application FeesUp to 6.50% of the NAV per unit. 
Management FeeUp to 0.30% per annum of the NAV of the Class.
Trustee Fee0.01% per annum of the NAV of the Fund (including local custodian fees but excludes foreign sub-custodian fees (if any)).
Switching FeesSwitching is treated as a withdrawal from this Class and an investment into another Class or Principal Malaysia’s fund (or its class). As such, you may be charged a Switching Fee equal to the difference (if any) between the Application Fee of this Class and the Application Fee of the other Class or Principal Malaysia’s fund (or its class) to be switched into. Switching Fee will not be charged if the Class or Principal Malaysia’s fund (or its class) to be switched into has a lower Application Fee.                                                                                                     

In addition, we may impose MYR100 as the administrative fee for every switch. You may negotiate to lower the Switching Fee and/or administrative fee with us or our Distributors. We also have the discretion to waive the Switching Fee and/or administrative fee.
Transfer FeeA maximum of MYR50 may be charged for each transfer.
