Conversion of Principal Next-G Connectivity Fund (“Fund”) from a Wholesale Fund to a Retail Unit Trust Fund

We wish to inform you that effective 1 September 2026, Principal Next-G Connectivity Fund will be converted from a wholesale fund to a retail unit trust fund.

This conversion does not result in any changes to the Fund’s investment objective and strategy. The Fund will continue to pursue the same investment mandate while becoming accessible to a broader range of retail investors.
