We are pleased to inform that the resolutions on the proposed merger for the respective Target Funds was approved at the extraordinary general meeting. Please refer to the Result via a notice for further details.
The Target Fund will suspend its Fund’s NAV from 6th May 2024 until 12th May 2024 for the merger to take effect on 10 May 2024. Due to the merger and no trading can be done during this period, we are required to declare non-business day for the Funds from 6th May 2024 until 12th May 2024.
