Outcome of adjourned unit holders’ meeting for Principal Next-G Connectivity Fund (“Fund”)

On 8th May 2026, Principal Asset Management Berhad conducted an adjourned unit holders’ meeting for the Fund. We are pleased to announce that the resolution to convert the Fund’s structure from a wholesale fund to a retail unit trust fund was duly approved at the adjourned unit holders’ meeting.

Following the approval of the resolution, a new prospectus for the Fund will be issued in due course to implement the change.
