Ong Ee Lyn, Head, Human Resource, Malaysia & Singapore

Ong Ee Lyn has more than 15 years of working experience in the human resources industry. Prior to joining Principal, she has served at JAG Group, as Head of Group Human Resource and several other organisations like AIA, CIMB Group, United Overseas Bank (UOB) and Kenanga Group.

Qualification: 
Ee Lyn has a Degree in Music Technology and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is also a trained professional coach who went through coach-learning curriculum and methodology in full compliance with the standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
